DOA Policy (I cannot be held responsible for carrier/weather delays) 

  1. If there is a DOA, you must contact me within 2 hours of actual delivery time.
  2. DO NOT REMOVE CORAL FROM ORIGINAL BAG
  3. . Contact me immediately with pictures on arrival.
  4. DO NOT THROW OUT THE CORAL(S) WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH US FIRST.
  5. You may be asked to provide more pictures under white or blue lights if necessary. 
    1. If everything checks out, credit or a replacement(s) will be issued on next order. Shipping is not refundable or credited. All sales are final.

Size & Color Disclaimer:

Due to variations of color settings and qualities of phone, tablet, reef lights, and computer screens, it is unavoidable that colors will appear differently for everyone. The colors in photos and named descriptors are subjective, approximate, and may vary. Our photos are taken with royal blue setting on Ecotech G5 pro.

 Sizes: Sizes of items listed in descriptions are approximate and are within range. The actual size may vary as many of the products we sell vary by size and color per coral frag.
